Return Policy


Return Policy for Cameras, Camcorders, and Lenses

We have a 15 day return policy for defective and non defective items. You can return or exchange your order within 15 days of receipt.

You can contact our customer service at 1-844-597-1740  to set up the return or exchange. 

Any order that is refused will be charged a 15 percent restocking fee. If you want to cancel your order before it has already shipped  please contact us immediately through e-mail. 

Any order that is sent back to us without an RMA will be refused and sent back to you. You must request an RMA number from us in order to return your order. All returns ar subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. 

 Rebate forms must be blank, UPC codes must be on the product and the unit must be in mint condition or else we cannot accept your return. Please do not write anything on the manufacturers box. Include a copy of your invoice and RMA that we email to you.

 We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages so please be sure to ship your return back to us with an insured tracebale method. Please be sure to keep record of your return tracking information.

Once the return is received and inspected by our shipping warehouse a refund will be issued within  2--3  business days to the same original form of  payment.


Return Policy For Defective Items .

You can return or exchange a defective product within 10 days of the date you received it.  If the item is defective we will pay for return shipping and there is no restocking fee. You will receive a full refund or if you are exchanging we will ship you a replacement as soon as we get the defective product back


Order Policy

If the products you originally ordered are changed via phone with our sales representative during the order confirmation we will email you a new updated final invoice. Please review it carefully, to make sure you are fully satisfied and agree to the changes made, once the order has been shipped there are no price adjustments. Accepting delivery means you are confirming any changes made to order if different from original invoice and accept the price and model changes as shown on invoice attached to product upon delivery. If you have any issues with updated invoice please contact us right away because once the order is shipped there are no price adjustments



Return Policy For Non Defective Items 

If your item is not defective and you want to return it , you may do so within 10 days of receipt. You will need to send the product back at your own cost and you will be charged a 15 percent restocking fee. Shipping , handling and isurance charges are not refundable.


Return Policy for Projectors

Projectors are final sale so please be sure that you order the correct model.

Projectors are only returnable if it arrives physically damaged. If the unit does arrive physically damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. to set up a return or exchange. If you contact us after 48 hours of receipt we cannot gurantee an exchange.

If your projector is defective please contact us right away so that we can set up a service call with the manufacturer for you.


Extended Warranties

Extended warranty plans are  pre registered to your unit upon order confirmation ,so therefore they can only be cancelled within 24 hours from when we bill your credit card.


Refusing or Cancelling a Shipment 

Once and order has been shipped and is enroute to you we cannot cancel your order. You can contact us once you receive it to set up a return or exchange.

Any refused order is will be charged a 15 percent restocking fee.
